Question: What credit cards do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and others. All of this is done through our highly secure PayPal gateway. During the signup process you'll be redirected to our PayPal area. Just note that there's an option to pay via Credit Card. PayPal makes this rather subtle. Just look for the text link near the bottom of the page. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use a credit card.

Question: Do you accept PayPal?
Answer: Yes, we do accept PayPal.

Question: Do you support MS FrontPage extensions?
Answer: By default all of our hosting plans are created with Microsoft Frontpage extensions turned off. You can turn them on in your cPanel Domain Controller.

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net serve International clients?
Answer: At this time we’re only accepting clients from the US and Canada. But, we'll look at international applicants on a case-by-case basis until we formalize international acceptance.

Question: What if I need more space and bandwidth?
Answer: If you end up needing more space and bandwidth than your allotment allows, you can easily upgrade your plan to the next level at no additional upgrade charge. Upgrading your plan provides you greater savings than if you were to just purchase additional quota increases. Beyond upgrading your plan we can accomadate extra space or bandwidth for an extra fee. Contact us if you see this as becoming necessary and we'll give you a quote.

Question: How easy is it to upgrade or downgrade my web hosting?
Answer: We made sure that it's very easy... and free! To upgrade or downgrade your plan, please login to https://www.BuzzBuzzNet.Net.com/account/ and submit a help desk ticket to Support.

Question: Do you provide Windows-based hosting or support ASP?
Answer: It's important to understand that almost all websites are created on any platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.) will work perfectly on our system. The internet doesn't care and neither do we. When the term "Windows Based" is used it refers to a specific type of server or service that uses special high-end Windows server components or services. We do not currently offer Windows-based hosting and do not support ASP or .NET framework. Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net require service contracts?
Answer: For the most part, no. Our service plans (Basic Bee, Busy Bee, Worker Bee, Business Colony) require at least a 3-12 month billing period. We do this for simplicity in accounting and because keeps our costs down so we can pass on the savings to you. We do offer our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you don't like what you see, you can get your money back. However, we need to warn you: we work really hard to make Buzzbuzz a great experience. If you decide you love our service, we think you'll want to stay with us a long time. We've got many clients who feel just that way and been with us for over 10 years.

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net offer free trials?
Answer: Instead of a free trial we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide our service isn't for you during the first 30 days, contact us and let us know. We'll refund fees, no questions asked.

Question: How long does it take to set up a new account?
Answer: All of our service plans are provisioned within 24 hours after you sign up. We go through a careful verification process before we activate a new account. Once we verify the order, your account's setup would be delayed just slightly until you have completed payment.

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net charge any setup fees?
Answer: We do not charge setup fees for any of our service plans. Some account upgrade options do have setup fees.

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net charge any hidden fees?
Answer: We do not charge any hidden fees. All of our service fees are published on our service pages or in our Terms of Service (for overages, etc.). This is one of the big differences between buzzbuzz and most of the providers of "unlimited" service. The way the can offer "unlimited" serivce is with the many hidden charges and gotcha's that show up when you really try to test the limits of what you're getting. Our goal is straight forward honest service at a fair price with no hidden fees.

Question: Can I buy domains names from BuzzBuzzNet.Net?
Answer: You bet. We offer domain names start at $9.99/per year and they can be purchased on our order page or wherever you see a form for searching for a domain name. Just do a search for a domain name and if you find one you like just click the option to purchase. One of the great advantages of buying a domain through BuzzBuzz is that if you register it with us, all the DNS settings are set up immediately so that the domain works with our web hosting servers. You don't have to do a thing to get started quickly on your new website.

Question: Do you do regular backups of my account?
Answer: Yes, we perform nightly off-site backups of all accounts on our service. This is for the purpose of backing up all the data on our servers in case of disaster and is not for helping your retrieve a file you lost, deleted, etc.. It is not a substitute for making your own backups! You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and are strongly encouraged that you do so.

Question: I have my own SSL certificate, can BuzzBuzzNet.Net install it for me?
Answer: We’re working on that. In a few months we’ll be offering SSL certificates.

Question: Alternatively, you can install your own SSL certificate absolutely free of charge if you perform the installation yourself through your control panel.
Answer: We're working that. Ultimately you'll just submit a support ticket.

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net offer SSL certificates for purchase?
Answer: Soon. We will offer a 128 / 256 bit RapidSSL Certificate for $20/year (IP address not included)

Question: Does BuzzBuzzNet.Net offer PHP 5?
Answer: Yes, we fully support PHP 5.
